Day 180: Spring Rollin’

We have a monthly Make ‘N Take over our lunch hour at work, which usually consists of designing greeting cards and other crafts. But this month we tried something new … my friend and chef-in-the-making Tekia hosted a foodie Make ‘N Take! She taught us how to make spring rolls filled with fresh veggies, chicken, and shrimp. They were so tasty and fun to put together, I may have to make them again at home!
