Many of my facebook friends have seen these photos, but my blog friends have not. It’s funny how things change once you’re a parent. For my birthday this year, we spent a day at the zoo!

Photo(s) of the Day: Exotic Animal Interaction
A couple of days ago I posted photos of a cheetah and a giraffe from Tanganyika Wildlife Park. I had to share some photos of my husband and me at the park too, just so you could see how interactive it is! Maybe it’s just because I love animals so much, but this was one of the best times I’ve had in quite a while. The animal feedings were a bit pricey, but it was worth it for the experience. More photos to come of the animals, too.
(Although I’m posting several days worth of photos from Tanganyika, I am in no way getting paid – the opinions are strictly my own.)
Day 268: A trip to the zoo!
I have friends who are on a mission trip in Mozambique, Africa. When they first arrived a few days ago, they got to go on an African Safari where they saw all kinds of wild animals. As much as I’d love to be with them, this is the closest I’ll get for now – a trip to “Africa” and other part of the world at the Kansas City Zoo. Here are my top five favorite photos of the day.
