Here are a few shots of Baby K’s birthday party decor. Unfortunately I forgot to get a photo of all the cute hanging paper spirals, zoo animals, and balloons. It was by no means Pinterest-worthy, but I had fun planning – especially putting together the photo collages! And of course I had to throw in one photo of the cute birthday girl. 🙂
After looking around on etsy and realizing that purchasing and framing prints for our baby room would be expensive, I decided to make my own! Two of the 12×12 prints are shown below – the third one has the baby’s name so I didn’t want to post it yet. We’re making progress on the room, and we’re going to reveal the gender this weekend at a shower, so stay tuned for some exciting updates! Any guesses on boy vs. girl? (Please don’t comment if you already know.)
You will probably see quite a few fall photos on this blog over the next couple of months. It’s my favorite time of year, and I have a house now, which means room to decorate! I’m even making a few of my own pieces this year. (Just call me Martha.) This was one of the centerpieces at my bridal shower 4 years ago. I love that I’ve been able to re-use it! (We definitely picked a good season to get married.)
